Challenge

Do you know the global brand ASSA ABLOY? And what if they say FAB? The history of this brand began 105 years ago, when the main production program was the production of construction, mortise and furniture locks. Today, the company is the world’s largest supplier of intelligent locks and security. At the beginning of the cooperation, it was said that the entire management, numbering about 15 people, would participate in joint workshops. We also agreed that our main common goal would be to recruit 30 new employees as CNC setters and operators from Rychnov and the surrounding area by the end of 2017, and another common goal would be to stabilize the existing team so that none of the key setters would leave for the competition.

Solution

We started the work with three joint workshops. We spoke with top management, production workers and administrative staff. We gained valuable insights into the company from all of them. In order to confirm the information we received overall, we implemented a questionnaire, which was in both printed and electronic form. Out of a total of 554 questionnaires, 248 completed questionnaires were returned. We supported the analytical part with experience points and an analysis of the competition. We were then able to get down to work and propose a creative concept and communication mix to two defined personas. We completed the entire plan by scheduling milestones including calculations for individual activities and determining control tools.
