Employer Brand Concept for Rompa CZ
Challenge
Rompa Vyškov produces plastic products for a large number of well-known companies from all over the world. They asked us to help them attract more people from the region to their company. There is an overabundance of companies in Vyškov that are looking for similar types of employees, so there is a lot of competition. Given the past years, the company does not have a particularly good reputation in the district. Many employees change here every year. The resulting sub-task was therefore to reduce the fluctuation of people in production. Other important goals were to increase overall employee satisfaction and increase the number of permanent employees at the expense of agency employees.
Solution
We started with classic joint workshops with the company's employees, because they always tell us the most about the current situation. And without any pretense. Every time we left the workshops, our keyboards were smoking and our fingers were sore from typing. The employees were given the opportunity to express their opinions and they made good use of it. And so that everyone could express themselves, the workshops were followed by a questionnaire. This was followed by an analytical phase, in which we analyzed in detail the selected Rompa competitors on the labor market. As part of the creative, we defined 2 marketing personas and the slogan "We have the form" with the Rompa mini team at joint workshops, which we are now working with.
