Do we need to prepare for this in any way?
No. It’s enough to have someone on the line who is familiar with the company’s current approach to Employer Branding. Typically, this is an HR representative or the owner/CEO.
Can we review or edit the results?
Yes. After the call, you'll receive a link to a shared document containing all the questions, answers, and our reasoning. If anything is incorrect, you can correct it or add your own comments.
